Welcome to Bee Mindfully Moved, where mindfulness, movement, meditation, and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) come together to support your whole well-being—mind, body, and spirit. I’m Jessica, and I’m on a mission to inspire people of all ages to invest in their mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and social health. Through simple, meaningful practices, we can learn to slow down, tune in, and “bee” kind to ourselves and others. Why “Bee”? Bees symbolize balance, harmony, and community—the very qualities that help us thrive from the inside out. And a question I often get is: “Why do you use rainbows in your teachings?” Well, not only is rainbow my favorite color (lol), it’s also a beautiful way to help little ones and truthfully sometimes big ones connect colors with emotions—a core part of SEL. Each color represents a feeling, and just like it takes every color to make a rainbow, we need all of our emotions to fully express who we are. 🌈 So, let’s journey together toward a more mindful, purpose-filled life—one breath, one movement, one kind choice at a time. "Bee"ing Mindfully Moved doesn’t just mean physical movement—it supports mental, emotional, social, and spiritual movement as well. Inspired by the importance of self-awareness, self-regulation, and, most importantly, self-kindness, this Mindfulness-based Enrichment Program is infused with the fundamentals of Social Emotional Learning (SEL) and incorporates the healing practices of Mindfulness, Movement, and Meditation. Aligned with national Health Education and Physical Education Standards (NHES) and the Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning (CASEL) framework, this (SEL)f-Kindness Enrichment Program supports the well-being for individuals from
1 year to 101 years old...and beyond!
Mindfulness
& Meditation
Mindfulness and meditation offer numerous benefits, including improved focus, attention, and self-control. They enhance emotional regulation, boost compassion, and increase overall well-being. The techniques in this program are specifically designed to help self-regulate and influence our bodies' natural ability to manage stress, anxiety, and burnout.
Social Emotional Learning
Social Emotional Learning (SEL) offers a wide range of benefits, including improved emotional regulation, better interpersonal relationships, increased empathy, and enhanced problem-solving skills. Research shows that SEL fosters personal growth, improves academic performance, and promotes healthier, more positive behaviors in both children and adults.
Restorative Movement
Restorative movement through yoga strengthens the mind-body connection, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. It can alleviate anxiety, depression, and insomnia while enhancing emotional balance and overall well-being. Through mindful practice, yoga fosters a sense of calm and resilience, supporting both physical and mental health.
PreK to 5th Grade
30 minute practice provides:
➔ Tools to self-regulate when faced with big emotions & a mindfulness practice to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness

Inspired by the importance of (SEL)f-Kindness, this 60 minute in person restorative Mindfulness - Movement - Meditation Practice:
➔ Mindfulness practice to cultivate a greater sense of self-awareness and present moment awareness inspired by topics such as forgiveness, choice, self-love, growth mindset
➔ iRest meditation practice to help break repetitive negative thought patterns (like anxiety or overthinking)
➔ Self -regulation practice to bring our bodies to a place of rest and digest helping to experience ease when faced with uncertainty

As a certified Teach Through Love Parenting Class Instructor, I specialize in helping parents build stronger, more respectful relationships with their children through the principles of conscious, compassionate communication. Rooted in Lori Petro’s transformative approach, my teaching empowers families to move beyond behavior management and into deeper connection and emotional understanding.

Meet with Jessica, a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner with Centers for Spiritual Living.
In our sessions, I provide a sacred and confidential space where you can explore and realign with the spiritual Truth that you are already perfect, whole, and complete. Utilizing the transformative Science of Mind principles and practices such as Spiritual Mind Treatment (also known as Affirmative Prayer) and visioning, we work together to shift thought patterns that may be contributing to struggle, lack, or limitation.
My approach is holistic, focusing on creating a life filled with health, love, abundance, and purpose from the inside out. Through our work together, we navigate challenges, uncover clarity, and gently shift perspectives to align with your highest good.
